Founder Application
Consideration for membership is predicated on the completion of the following application. Upon submission, the Founder Program Director will coordinate a time to connect and continue the application process. All submitted information remains confidential.
Your Founder deposit will be payable following acceptance of your Founder application, on the date you sign your Founder Agreement. Your founder deposit is refundable the later of 30 years or when you resign as a founder. Should the Wild Spring Dunes project not proceed for any reason, we will return your Founder deposit in full.
